DJ Cards has been stuck in my daily routine lately. A couple of weeks ago I randomly found his music and now it somehow ends up everywhere around me. In the car after work. Through my home speakers at night and even during those tired mornings before leaving the house. “Lose It in the Lights” is probably the track I’ve replayed the most from him so far.
He is back with a new single “Move With Me”. The track jumps in with a club-ready energy right away. That’s what I liked about it. The beats keep moving, the vocals slide into the instrumental smoothly and the whole thing sounds carefully built. You can tell a lot of attention went into the production because every part sits where it should.
I really loved the idea behind the track. It’s basically about two people meeting in a nightclub and getting lost in the music for a while, forgetting everything else around them.
This is the real EDM sound I enjoy listening to every day. Polished, energetic and easy to replay without getting tired of it. DJ Cards honestly became one of those artists I keep coming back to and I mean that completely.
