Do you remember Clinton Belcher? I reviewed a few of his songs last year, and I still remember how much I enjoyed his music, especially his sound and songwriting. Now he’s back with a new single, “Save Me From Myself” and I can honestly say it’s one of the best releases I’ve heard from him so far.
The song deals with the battles people fight within themselves, even when nobody around them knows what’s going on. Clinton approaches the subject with honest lyrics and a raw country-rock sound that suits the message. His deep and raspy voice carries so much emotion, and I really enjoyed the way he delivers every part of the song.
There’s a strong energy in this track and I loved the melodies and instrumentation just as much as the vocal performance. The chorus is amazing and give the song a memorable moment that stayed with me for days after listening. The production is polished and professional, but the raw character of Clinton’s music is still there.
One thing I’ve always enjoyed about Clinton is his passion for songwriting. He has a way of putting honest thoughts into his music, and I think that’s one of his greatest strengths as an artist. I loved the sound and atmosphere of this single, and it’s great to hear him releasing music this strong. I’d definitely love to hear more from him. Keep doing your thing, Clinton. You’re one to watch, my friend!
