If you’re looking for real rock music, The Del-Viles have something worth checking out with their debut album “It’s Just a Kiss-Off”. This is the kind of record that gets right into the guitars, drums, vocals, and melodies without making things complicated.
The guitars and drums are a big part of why I enjoyed this album so much. There’s a raw energy in the playing and the vocals have that rough edge that fits the band’s rock sound really well. I also liked the lyrics and melodies throughout these tracks and I like how everything has a good balance. The instrumentation is rich and gives each track enough life. The rough edges really suit the band style and direction.
My favorite track is “What You Got”. I kept replaying it because I really loved the vocals and the song has that kind of groove that makes you want to hear it again. It was one of those tracks I connected with right away. The Del-Viles have a passion for what they’re doing and you can notice that in the performance. There’s a great atmosphere across the album that kept me interested from track to track. I enjoyed the whole listen and the sound stayed with me after it was over.
This one is a really enjoyable rock album with strong guitars, melodies, lyrics, and so much energy. I’m happy I gave it a listen, and I’d love to hear more from The Del-Viles in the future. They’re just amazing!!
