Good evening! I just discovered this amazing song “Too Tense” by Jaz Vernon. I was hooked by the way he raps and delivers his lyrics. That first listen pushed me to check out a few of his earlier releases like “YKTV” and “Pace“ and after spending some time with them, I can honestly say he knows exactly what he’s doing as an artist.
His new single takes things to another level. The delivery is smooth from start to end. The lyrics stick with you and every flow lands at the right moment. The track touches on carrying pressure and trying to keep your balance when everything starts building up which gives his writing an honest and personal side. The beat is clean and the production sounds professional. The mixing and mastering work together perfectly. Nothing distracts from the performance, which lets Jaz stay at the center of the song. I really like his voice, the confidence he brings and the way he controls every line.
So after listening to this track and going back to some of his previous music, I’m sure Jaz Vernon is building something worth following. I enjoyed this one a lot and I’m already looking forward to hearing what comes next. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on his future releases because this is an artist I want to write about again.
