Good evening! I was surprised when I heard Dalinda’s new single “The Nile”. I ended up loving its melodies, the lyrics, her gentle delivery and that pure voice she carries through the whole song. It didn’t take long before I wanted to play it again and that’s always a good sign for me.
There is something special about the way she sings. I honestly think she has one of the best voices I’ve heard in recent months. You can hear a slight Middle Eastern touch in her vocals and it blends so well with the soft pop melodies and the gentle instrumentation. I really like how every part has its place and that made the song easy to enjoy from beginning to end.
I also liked the sound design and the simple production behind the track. The production here is professional and gives Dalinda enough room to tell the story.
