This artist landed on my radar a couple of weeks ago and I took my time listening to his music before writing about him. After spending some time with Tale of Giants and his latest single “Somewhere” I can honestly say the wait was worth it.

I found myself paying close attention to the words and how they worked well with the melody. His voice fits this style of music perfectly. It carries the song well and helps bring every line to life. I also enjoyed the acoustic instrumentation and the production which keeps everything focused on the song itself without adding unnecessary distractions.
One of my favorite parts was the chorus. It stayed with me long after the song ended and I found myself wanting to hear it again. The melodies are captivating, the songwriting is honest and every piece of the track works together smoothly. Tale of Giants is talented, raw and simple in the best way. For me, this is a song that reminds you how powerful a well-written acoustic track can be and I enjoyed every minute of it.
