An artist like SoReal honestly caught me off guard in a good way. It’s been a while since I heard a rapper with this kind of confident delivery and voice. The hook on his new single “Glass Hearts (ACT II)” stayed in my head after the song ended. This track reminded me why I still spend time searching for new rap artists instead of replaying the same names every week.
I really liked how easy the track is to sit with. His flow is smooth, the lyrics are memorable and he sounds comfortable on the beat. Some rappers overdo emotional tracks and make them sound dramatic, but SoReal keeps things focused. You can tell he actually knows how to rap and not just talk over production.
Speaking of the production, it’s very professional and that instrumental was a really good match for his voice. The atmosphere fits the track and the beat gives him enough room to show real skill.
