Talented artist AK.T released a new single called “Unseen Waltz” and this was one of those unique masterpieces that stayed with me after it ended. I’ve been to the Middle East a couple of times in my life, so seeing a Saudi artist create something this good honestly made me smile a bit.
The song is built mostly around piano and cello and that’s really all it needs. The piano melody carries most of the emotion here while the cello slips in at the right moments and gives the track a different character. I liked how he kept everything light and simple. A lot of instrumental releases try too hard to sound huge, but this one stays calm and focused from beginning to end.
There’s a soft atmosphere around the whole piece that reminded me of sitting alone late at night with no noise around except the music playing in the background. You can also hear the idea of memory and distance inside the composition without the track becoming too heavy about it. The production quality caught my attention. It sounds clean and professional.
I enjoyed his style. He understands how to build sound without filling every second with extra elements. This piece ended up being a really captivating listen for me and I’d love to hear and write more about his music in the future.
