Good morning! I have some good news. I just discovered a new artist I.K.P. with their new EP “PSYCHE”. When I put on the record, the first thing that caught me was how sure I.K.P. sounds on these tracks. There’s no long buildup or extra filler. The delivery hits right away, and it kept me locked in through the whole EP. The beats carry a lot of weight too. Heavy where they need to be and smooth in other moments, but always moving with the vocals.
I.K.P.’s style fits this project really well because the flows stay sharp. A lot of artists try to sound intense and end up doing too much, but this EP keeps things controlled. That confidence in the voice made some of the lyrics stick with me more than I expected. You can hear that these songs come from real experiences, especially on “Love Element” where themes like betrayal, pressure and protecting your peace show up throughout the track.
I really loved how crafted everything sounded without losing energy. I caught myself vibing with the beats while still paying attention to the writing and flow changes. That balance kept the EP interesting for me from start to finish.
I’m definitely keeping my eyes on I.K.P. after this. Their sound is focused, confident and honest in a way that made me want to go back and replay the EP again later that night.
