I just discovered Gnarsh and listening to their new single “Sunset Town” this morning was a nice surprise. It settles in without asking for too much attention, but I just kept listening anyway. The song has a gentle and catchy side that makes it easy to stay with. I really liked the vocal melodies. They have a simple shape, but they stick with you. The softer sound works well too and the instrumentation gives the track so much to listen to without making it crowded. There is a warmth in the arrangement that fits the song’s mood.

I liked their sound, loved the melodies and honestly had a great time listening to this song. This one left me wanting to hear more from the band.
