It opens with confidence, then keeps adding little moments that make the track easy to enjoy. I liked the sound design right away and the energy in her vocals keeps everything moving from start to end.
The beats are clean and the instrumental is well crafted without taking attention away from her voice. Kendra has a great pop voice and her performance is attractive because she sounds confident and comfortable with every line. Her vocal presence keeps the song together while the melodies and lyrics make it easy to stay interested until the last second. There is also a playful side to the song that matches its story about confidence, attraction and staying just out of reach. That idea fits the music well. The production quality is great and the mixing and mastering are excellent, giving every part of the track enough space while keeping everything clear and balanced.
I honestly enjoyed listening to the energy she brings with this song. Kendra Erika continues to show why she belongs in today’s pop scene, and for me, this is another strong release.
