Kuwalla – Just Fine

“Just Fine” is an uplifting track from the Los Angeles-based band Kuwalla, about making it through the hardest of times. The atmosphere of this track is wonderful and the melodies are so beautiful. Their guitars and drums are definitely enjoyable and the production sounds very professional. We have enjoyed listening to their powerful vocals and well-written lyrics. Without any doubt, this track was a great experience for our team and we don’t mind replay it million times without feeling bored or tired.

WHAT THE BAND SAYS ABOUT THIS SONG:

The song was written when band member Kyle Sain was raising his first child with his girlfriend; the three of them were homeless, couch hopping, and living in the car they used to drive him back and forth from the Inland Empire to Orange County for work. “I wanted this song to be kind of anthemic. I want people to feel like this song is a hand on their back reassuring them through the hard times.” says Kyle.

ABOUT THE BAND:

Kuwalla is 4 versatile musicians – Kyle Said (Lead Vocals, Guitar), Brian Huynh (Leads Guitar, Vocals), Marty Griffin (Drums) and Danny Leserman (Bass, Keyboard. Out of the musical melting pot of Southern California, they grab their influence from the music that moved them growing up, from Indie Alternative and Hard Rock to Punk and Blues. All were raised on the music of their environment.

Starting in 2018, Kuwalla has been playing shows up and down the west coast. They played for the House of Blues, tightly packed clubs and bars in Santa Monica, venues in Los Angeles including the Roxy, the Mint, the Silverlake Lounge, and the Resident LA, just to name a few.
