I discovered Sadie Nix a couple of weeks ago and I have enjoyed listening to her music since then. Her new single, “Full of Me” is another strong listen and I can see why you might enjoy it too. It has that pop-rock side that keeps things moving, but Sadie gives the song her own personality through strong vocals and melodies that stick with you.
I loved listening to her voice here. There is strength in the way she sings, but there is also so much emotion behind it. The lyrics tell the story of giving too much to someone who keeps taking, until you finally decide to walk away. I like that the song does not make the idea complicated. It gets across that moment when you realize you have been giving everything and getting little back.
The instrumentation works really well around her vocals. Her melodies are memorable and the lyrics have details that make the story easy to follow. The whole atmosphere pulled me in, while the production keeps the sound polished and easy to listen to.
Sadie Nix is an amazing artist and I think this song is a great introduction to her music. I am glad I discovered her recently, because after spending time with this single, I am interested in hearing more from her. There is something honest in the way she delivers this song and that is what I enjoyed most about it.
