Arn-Identified Flying Objects and Alien Friends – Vagnar av guld

I played “Vagnar av guld” on a calm afternoon. The window slightly open. traffic humming outside. I didn’t expect it to hit me the way it did. Arn-Identified Flying Objects and Alien Friends has this way of sounding calm but not distant.

The artist has one of the richest voices we’ve ever heard. His tone is confident and soothing. It’s like he’s talking more than singing at times. I replayed some verses because of how well he held the words.

The melody is catchy and I found myself humming a part of it later while checking my phone. That only happens with songs that sink in deeper than I expect. The writing is honest and the atmosphere is unique. The drums are simple and keep everything moving. The guitar is great and there’s a warmth in the background. It sounds clean and real. Like people in a room playing in front of you.

I really love how he balances softness with weight. When it finished, I played it again. Not because I had to review it. Just because I wanted to hear that chorus one more time. And that’s usually how I know a song is going to stay with me.
