Low Tide Signals – Orbital Feelings

Low Tide Signals just released a new single called “Orbital Feelings” and I’ve had it playing in my headphones for the past two nights while the house was quiet. It’s the kind of track that works best when the lights are low and you’re not in a rush to be anywhere.

It’s an electronic pop song but not in a flashy way. The beat moves steady and soft with synth layers that are smooth and clean. Everything sits where it should and gives the song space to breathe without feeling empty. The production is polished and wraps around the melody perfectly.

And the voice…honestly, it caught me off guard. There’s a control there that makes every line land exactly how it needs to. He lets the emotion sit in the words. I replayed the chorus over and over again, because the way he delivered it felt so real and powerful. You can hear the care in it.

The lyrics circle around that feeling of being pulled toward someone no matter how much distance you try to create. It’s reflective and I found myself staring at the ceiling, thinking about people who still take up space in my mind.

This song is so special and emotional. It relaxed me, but it also hit something deeper. I’ll definitely be keeping up with Low Tide Signals after this one. It stayed with me long after the song ended.
