Euplasia – Hallayoola

Euplasia just dropped “Hallayoola” and it hit me like a sugar rush I didn’t know I needed. I put it on while clearing emails and ended up ignoring the screen because the chorus kept pulling my attention away. It’s fast, bright and a little scrappy in a good way. The guitars are buzzing and the drums are pushing everything forward, no time to overthink.

The melody is incredibly catchy. Not in a calculated way, more like something you’d shout with friends in the car with the windows down. There’s a playful streak running through it that reminded me of making up games as a kid just to avoid being bored. The lyrics are about that feeling. Captures the essence of childhood imagination.

His performance sounds fully committed. like he’s enjoying the noise as much as we are. When the hook lands, it actually feels earned, not just dropped in because every pop song needs one. I also like that it doesn’t drag. The track says what it wants and gets out, leaving that chorus looping in your head afterward. I caught myself humming later which usually means a song has officially stuck.

Honestly, this song just made my afternoon better. No deep analysis needed. It’s fun, loud and easy to replay and sometimes that’s exactly what you want.
