I just discovered this new single this afternoon when I probably should’ve been answering emails. I sat back and let it play through twice. Some songs really feel like they’ve been sitting in someone’s chest for a while, just waiting to get out. “Tired of Failing” by Tired of Fighting has that kind of weight to it. It hits hard and stays there.
The band leans fully into their emo-pop punk roots here. Loud guitars, driving drums and powerful melodies. The instrumentation is rich and everything locks in together. The energy is real here.
The vocals are amazing. The performance has grit and heart and you can hear the strain in some lines. The chorus is great and lifts things higher. It gives the emotion room to breathe while still keeping that punch. The lyrics and melody fit together smoothly. I think they were built side by side.
The production is sharp and balanced. The mix lets every part be heard clearly, from the rhythm section to the layered vocals. It sounds like a band that knows how they want to present themselves. Confident. Tight. Focused.
I love the passion behind it. I’m sure this band means every note they play. It doesn’t feel casual. It feels important to them. Honestly, i’s the kind of track you put on repeat without thinking twice. It carries emotion, strength and a lot of heart. I’ll definitely be paying attention to what they do next.
