Craig Small Music just landed on my radar recently and he makes a strong first impression with his debut single “Sunkiss”. It’s a confident and well crafted track that feels tight and polished. The groove hits right away, the bass and drums lock in perfectly and give the song a smooth drive that’s easy to get lost in. His vocals glide over the beat with real charm and the chorus is one of those melodies that sticks around long after the song ends.
Craig put a lot of time into shaping this one. The production is clean and balanced with every layer sitting just right. You can hear a touch of those Red Hot Chili Peppers and Faith No More influences, but Craig gives it his own flavor. The guitar tones and subtle effects keep things interesting from start to finish without ever feeling overdone.
For a debut, this track feels incredibly assured, the sound, the energy, the emotion all of it comes together in a way that shows real promise. I loved every second of it. The instrumental and rhythm are just perfect and his voice fits the track completely. If this is just the beginning, I’m excited to see where he will go next!
