Nom De Plume – Circle The Dream

Nom De Plume’s new album “Circle the Dream” feels like the kind of record you sit with late at night when you need music that actually means something. There’s this warmth in the instrumentals with acoustic guitar, violin and subtle layers that pulls you in. The vocals are heartfelt and never overdone, with harmonies that feel natural and real, the kind that give the songs a sense of closeness. The album leans into reflection and honesty and it’s clear every word was written with intention.

What struck me most is how carefully each song is crafted, you can tell nothing here was rushed. The balance of folk-inspired textures with indie rock energy makes the whole thing both grounded and dreamlike. Honestly, I haven’t connected to an album like this in a long time. “Circle the Dream” lingers in the best way and I’m grateful I heard it.
