Bromsen’s new single “Data Highway” instantly grabbed my attention. The German duo mix electronic sounds with a raw edge that feels refreshing in a genre where things can sometimes be over-polished. What stands out most here is their synth work. It’s layered, colorful and carries the song forward with real momentum. The vocals cut through with a catchy and almost anthemic quality, but they’re not smoothed out to perfection, which I actually love. That roughness gives the track more character and makes it feel alive.
The instrumentation has a lot of variety, little shifts and textures that keep you engaged the whole way through. It’s the kind of song that feels modern but also nods to something nostalgic at the same time, which is a hard balance to get right. I really enjoyed this one, I’ve had it on repeat and it keeps getting better with each listen. Bromsen are definitely onto something special here.
