Calling All Astronauts – Noise Against Tyranny

Calling All Astronauts’ new album “Noise Against Tyranny” feels like a raw burst of energy aimed straight at the times we’re living in. The band leans heavily into their metal and gothic influences, but what makes this record stand out is how fearless it is in mixing weighty lyrics with equally heavy instrumentation. The guitars hit hard, the electronics cut through with sharp edges and the drums keep everything urgent and alive. Vocally, there’s a grit and passion that makes every track hit harder, whether it’s anger, despair or defiance being poured out.

What I love most is that the album doesn’t just rely on volume or intensity, it has depth with songs that feel both personal and political, full of real emotion. It’s bold, uncompromising and powerful from start to finish. Honestly, it’s the kind of record that sticks with you and I can already tell it’s one I’ll be returning to often. So after listening to this album, I’m sure that the best is yet to come from this band.
