“Elbows Don’t Have Eyes”, the debut album by The Stolen Moans is an intense and unpredictable journey through 13 tracks of raw energy, creative sound and original themes. From the very first moments, “The King of Claws” and “More” pull you in with their boldness and character. One of the standout tracks, “Dada Catapult” is bursting with electricity and a fearless edge, it’s the kind of song you’ll keep hitting replay on without realizing it.
“I’m a Crow” offers a slower and darker mood with almost whispered vocals that slowly erupt into a great kind of chaos. Closing with the haunting instrumental “Epilogue (TBC)” the album ends on a note that lingers long after the sound fades. What I love most is the band’s variety and passion. Their polished sound, gritty guitars and meaningful lyrics deserve more attention. This is an album that sticks with you and I think it’s special.
