Weak Trees – Unsuffering

The minute I heard this album, I knew I was in for something special. “Unsuffering” the debut album by Finnish duo Weak Trees is a raw and compelling journey through gritty guitars, haunting melodies, and heartfelt songwriting. From the very first track, the heavy and solid instrumentals grab your attention while the memorable vocals stick with you long after the music stops. The album’s production is polished yet personal with a DIY spirit that shines through its garage-built origins.

Each track flows naturally into the next, creating a cohesive experience filled with emotion, atmosphere, and originality. The guitars and drums mesh in the most perfect way with solos that truly stand out. The songs feel honest and well-crafted, shaped by life’s ups and downs.

My favorite track is the final one, “Blackwoods”. Its haunting rhythm, slowed pacing with some powerful moments and hanging vocals pulled me in so deeply that I had to rewind the album again and again. Honestly, this record is unforgettable, and I really mean that.
