The moment I hit play, I knew I had to write about this. Coma Beach returns with their new EP “Passion/Bliss” which shows their artistic strength and raw energy. This German punk rock/alternative rock band never fails to impress with their distinctive sound and this new release is no exception. The five tracks display a perfect balance between powerful energy and thought-provoking themes. One of the most things that I love about this band is their production style. The production of these tracks is sharp and allows every element to shine up and the mixing enhances the overall impact of their distinctive style.
The EP “Passion/Bliss” explores feelings of existential dread and emotional turmoil by taking inspiration from Samuel Beckett and William Shakespeare. Coma Beach continues to push the boundaries of punk rock and I personally love their fearless approach. Their music is meaningful, intense, and undeniably powerful.
