When people think about Christmas time they always tend to imagine snow falls, parties, and warmth but this new single by TruckerBomb “Christmas Bush” presents a different view. Unlike most of the traditional winter songs, this song depicts the feeling of being in the snowless Los Angeles with people around but no love.
The frontman Troy Richardson’s songwriting shines here and reflects his deep roots in classic Americana and rock. His ability to weave these styles into something modern and relatable is a hallmark of TruckerBomb’s unique sound. The production here is great – well recorded and well mastered with great guitars, energetic drums and a vocal performance that is a piece of art. The chorus is very memorable and the melodies are stuck in your head after listening to the song.
For me, “Christmas Bush” is the perfect holiday track. Its catchy, uplifting tone and meaningful lyrics are a winning combination and the TruckerBomb’s signature style makes it unforgettable. This might just be my favorite seasonal song this year!
