The Haha Hear Hear project just landed on my radar with his second single “Demons Don’t Sleep” which delivers an explosion of energy from the first note to the last. The track, driven by electrifying guitars and pounding drums is a perfect showcase of the raw intensity that Ruairí Connolly brings to his alternative rock project. The production is crisp and polished while the mixing strikes a great balance between the powerful vocals and the gritty instrumentals. The chorus is incredibly catchy and trust me, you’ll be humming it long after your first listen.
The song is an amazing experience from start to finish and captures a high-energy sound that blends garage rock and indie rock influences seamlessly. Ruairí’s vocal performance is passionate, rich and memorable, adding depth to the lyrics. Personally, I couldn’t get enough of this track. I found myself hitting replay again and again. If this song is any indication of what’s to come, I’m definitely excited for Haha Hear Hear’s future releases!
