TuskHead – Modern Electric Sessions

Good evening folks! If you’re a fan of Americana and acoustic music, TuskHead’s new EP “Modern Electric Sessions” which includes two songs only is a must-listen. The artist Patrick van Zandwijk brings one of the richest voices I’ve ever heard and his performance on this EP is nothing short of captivating. The vocal harmonies are beautiful and the production is both smart and professional.

The melodies throughout this record are catchy and the instrumentals are beautifully crafted making the EP easy and enjoyable to listen to. The recording quality is great with interesting mixing and mastering. The songwriting shines through each track with honest and meaningful lyrics that mesh perfectly with the vocal melodies.

For these two songs, TuskHead traveled to the USA collaborating with acclaimed singer-songwriter Josh Morningstar in Nashville to create the two titles, “Maybe” and “Goodbye, Music City” He then recorded with members of The Texas Gentlemen, adding a unique flair to the project. TuskHead’s music is catchy and deserves a spot in your playlists. This new EP marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in his career.

Honestly, I love this release and find it to be a refreshing blend of heartfelt storytelling and polished production. The tracks have a warmth and sincerity that’s hard to come by these days. These songs have been on repeat for me and I can’t wait to see what this artist does next. This EP is definitely one of my favorite releases this year!
