KRISTRÚN is an independent artist, songwriter, vocalist and producer from the south coast of Iceland. She grew up in a musical home and with a musician mom who taught her vocal technique from an early age.
KRISTRÚN makes dark electronic music for star-crossed lovers. Equal parts ethereal and abrasive, she combines flowing melodies with explosive soundscapes.
Whilst based in Liverpool, UK, KRISTRÚN developed a passion for underground dance music and honed her futuristic sound. Sonically, she draws from elements of trip-hop, industrial, and avant-garde. KRISTRÚN has independently released four singles: UNRAVEL (2020), Calling Me Home (2021), Godless (2021) and Under My Skin (2022).
