“Once Had It All” is a unique piece from Swedish artist Melpo Mene. The minute we heard this song we couldn’t get it out of our heads! Melpo has a voice that stays long in your head after the song ends. The guitars are wonderful and the piano adds the most perfect touch we could ever ask for. The melody of this song is striking and the production is very very professional and takes this song to a new level. This amazing piece of art was definitely a great experience for our team and it left us very excited to listen to Melpo Mene’s next projects!

Melpo Mene is an independent artist from Stockholm, Sweden and currently resides in Los Angeles. Melpo’s 2008 album release, ‘Bring the Lions Out,’ included the single “I Adore You,” which was featured in a worldwide Volvo commercial. Melpo has played many cities, from New York City to Paris, and has shared the stage with Bon Iver, Loney Dear, José González, and more. In 2012 Melpo put out ‘Behind The Trees,’ which he released independently. This album was featured on iTunes in the Indie Spotlight and Singer/Songwriter sections, as well as featured on Spinner in their home page “Listening Party” section. The single “We Should Be Walking” received airplay on numerous specialty radio stations, leading him to chart at #9 in the SubModern Singles chart and was featured in an episode of ABC’s ‘The Middle.’ The track “Ain’t Gonna Die While Sitting Down” was featured in Netflix’s ‘Hemlock Grove’ and was featured in Warner Bros. Film, ‘The Good Lie,’ starring Reese Witherspoon. The music video for this track premiered on Paste and stars the lovely daughter of Actor, Peter Stormare.
