Beautiful and professional artist Katile shared with us one of the best Pop songs we heard in months! Her new single “Say Sorry,” is going to leave you stuck on repeat for a while! The first few seconds will be enough to have you hooked. We have enjoyed listening to her gorgeous voice until the last second, her lyrics are original and well written and her melodies are incredibly catchy. The production work is polished and the vibe is very unique. Katile is a talented artist and her unique and beautiful music sets her apart from the crowd! ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Born and raised an hour’s drive from a mall or movie theater in the mountains of NJ, Katile (pronounced Katie Lee) was a country girl with a big love for the city at heart. After high school she took her love of Pop music and moved to NYC to peruse her dreams of making her own music.
She quickly landed her first professional gig performing aboard Carnival Cruise Lines, singing every genre she could. Possessing a gambling spirit, she later hit land waiting tables at the Cutting Room in New York City and within a month met producer Matty Amendola sitting in on the drums with Adam Levine. At the right place at the right time, Katile found a producer with a shared vision of her evolving craft.
Katile released her debut album “Don’t Go Away” in July of 2015. She made her return to the studio immediately following that fall. Simultaneously writing and recording again, she obeyed her instincts, organically developing a seductively sinful groove combined with a lyrical sense of triumph, ultimately birthing her new EP, “Real Religion.” Along with a music video to the tittle track, directed by Andy Strohl and Matty Amendola.
Katile most recently released two heavy electronic pop influenced singles “So Caught Up” and “For You” in 2019.
Katile performs regularly in NYC, where her performances have garnered her interviews with NY1 news, and mentions in The New York Post, Page Six, Hollywood Life, Bravo & Time Out NY.
