A brand new single “Black Leather” released from the Norwegian band KEiiNO. Upon hearing it for the first time we really knew that his song will be the best choice for our followers and we were pretty that all of you will love it. The energy in this record is real. The song produced and polished and mixed very well and we have really enjoyed the energetic and powerful vocals till the last second. The lyrics are catchy and original and we have enjoyed the tunes and melodies that have been selected for this song.
ABOUT THE BAND:
Since their debut in January 2019, KEiiNO has achieved more than most fresh bands. The platinum-awarded trio is nominated for Song of the Year at the Norwegian Grammys (28.03.20), they’ve won 4 Scandipop-awards, made it to #1 on the Norwegian sales-charts and reached #2 on Spotify’s Gloabal Viral Chart. Popjustice even ranked their debut-single “Spirit in the Sky” the third best song of 2019.
After Eurovision, KEiiNO has released 5 singles, toured extensively in Norway and Europe, including sold out shows in London and gigs at Madrid, Cologne and Stockholm Pride. In October 2019, the trio went on a successful Australia-tour, and started on their next project; recording music together with indigenous artists around the globe.
Before KEiiNO, Alexandra was DJ-star Alan Walker’s live singer and Fred toured with sami rap-duo Duolva Douttar. Tom Hugo had a solo-career in Norway and Germany and wrote hits for J/K-pop stars like XO, TVXQ and SHiNee. Although the three singers had some success as solo artists, their dreams were truly realised after joining forces – a force the Sámi (the indigenous people of Norway) believe you can find connecting with nature. The northern lights, dancing colourful and free, serve as a symbol of how KEiiNO believes everyone should be allowed to feel – regardless of who they love or how they look.
