After great success with the single “Acapella“, Tim Schou continues his singer-songwriter adventure with two new songs in the same vein. The first one is called “If I’m Being Honest”, and we are very excited to share it with you, it’s really something else, simple, honest, compelling and very impressive. The melody, the hooks, it all sounds absolutely incredible. Tim’s voice, passion and lyrical style is something you can’t get enough of.
WHAT THE ARTIS SAYS ABOUT THIS SONG:
“I wanted to record something with an acoustic approach as a little winter blanket for my listeners, but also as a natural countdown for my acoustic solo show at “Skuespilhuset” in March. Both songs are about relationships for good and bad. If I’m Being Honest about the sometimes scary and confusing feeling of being in love, and High Water about the incidental fights and conflicts. They are thus connected as both sides of the coin” – explains Tim Schou about his two new songs.
ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Tim Schou is a modern songwriter and solo artist who never rests on his laurels, neither in his personal nor professional life. The songs are autobiographical and inspired by encounters and adventures from his journeys. He spends every waking hour writing songs, which is often done during his numerous trips to exotic countries, and in collaboration with all sorts of producers, artists, and co-writers. Since the takeoff of his solo career in 2015, Tim has been signed to Iceberg Music Group and Sony/ATV, and released in May 2017 his debut single “Novocaine“, for which he has already won international awards.
