Intercontinen7al – Apothecary

Intercontinen7al just landed on my radar with their new single “Apothecary” a dynamic song that showcases the band’s unique sound and global collaboration. This 90s alternative rock-influenced song featured on their latest release “Volume 5” brings together talented musicians from across the world. The American musician Matt Smith did amazing work on guitars and synth and Alex Burke’s bass is great and lays down a rich foundation. Miami73 from France adds an extra layer of depth to the guitar. Kelly Wandless the UK-based vocalist, delivers a captivating performance that elevates the song to another level. Her voice is beautiful and captivating, making the lyrics memorable and the song a joy to listen to. Rieneke from the Netherlands contributes gorgeous backing vocals that enhance the song’s overall appeal.

What truly sets Intercontinen7al apart is their distinctive musical style and the ambitious global scope of their work. They are the only band in history to record songs across all 7 continents and the track “The Chamber” features instrumentation from all 7 continents. “Apothecary” is a perfect example of how their international collaboration brings something fresh and different to the table. I’m thoroughly impressed by this single. The energy, the production and the sheer talent on display make me an instant fan. I’m eagerly looking forward to their next release!
