The Inland Northwest songwriter/performer gained his musical experience the old-fashioned way; playing rock, blues, jazz, and soul, entertaining bar crowds and backyard party-goers from the Pacific Ocean to the Gulf of Mexico, all while earning college degrees in classical music.
His work is recognized on I Don’t Hear A Single, North Idaho Now! podcast, and the Power Pop Shoppe, Obscure Sound, and he has performed stages including Spokane’s Knitting Factory, Lucky You Lounge, and Pig Out In The Park festival. In 2022 he wrote, recorded, and produced his second album, “Revealed” and formed his rock-and-roll band, Zoramena.
This year, Vogel is expanding his reach across the region and working on writing and recording more work in his home studio. His 2024 project is to release one song on the last Friday of each month.
