The mood needs a Hard Rock song. Sixes High shared with us their new song “Last Life” and upon hearing it from the first time we knew that we should share it with you as soon as we can. It’s a powerful and energetic song from the start to finish, the drums, bass, and guitars are very enjoyable and the vocals are rich, very strong, and too loud which puts you into a unique atmosphere. The production work is very professional and the band’s performance is unique and they really know how to master this type of music and that shows how talented and serious they are. The lyrics are original and well written. “Last Life” definitely was a great experience for our team.
ABOUT THE BAND:
No matter what genre is dominating the airwaves, music listeners across the globe will always have a special place in their heart for rock music. Sixes High is a band that eats, sleeps, and breathes rock music, and their alternative metal/post-grunge flair has helped them gain a fan base far and wide. Consisting of Perry Crawford on lead vocals and guitar, Greg Wiegand on guitar, Steve Dorn on bass, and Dan Mauller on drums, the four band members have always been fans first and foremost. Influenced by the classic rock of old to more modern bands like Bullet For My Valentine and Avenged Sevenfold, the band quickly grew within the confines of their hometown St. Louis. Dozens of local performances followed in 2018 and 2019 as the band prepped their debut album, and festivals like Pointfest 2019 showed the band has star potential and an astounding amount of chemistry. Sixes High’s debut single “Prayers” released near the start of 2020, and not only does the band prove the point that rock can never die, but they also prove that music listeners worldwide could soon be discovering their new favorite band!
